Robin Levison

Robin Levison

Non-Executive Chairman


Appointed as a Director and Executive Chairman on 22 October 2013. Robin became Non-Executive Chairman from 1 July 2022.

Mr Levison is also Chairman of ASX listed Mighty Craft (ASX:MCL), is the recently retired Chairman of Retirement Village operator Eureka Group Holdings Limited (ASX: EGH) and from 2005 -2013 was Managing Director and CEO of ASX 200 listed mining services company Industrea Limited (ASX:IDL) which was acquired by US based General Electric (GE). He then served as Global Director of M&A with GE Mining.

Mr Levison holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Queensland, is a Chartered Accountant and is a Graduate and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ken Hostland

Appointed as CFO on 1 December 2017

Mr Hostland has 20 years of experience as a senior finance executive in listed and large private financial service companies and more than 10 years in other industries including technology and mining services. His broad background extends beyond finance to include M&A, treasury, risk management, operations and marketing.

Mr Hostland holds a Chartered Accountant designation from Canada and an MBA from Macquarie University.

Will Shiel 

General Counsel and Company Secretary

BA (Hons) in Law, FGIA

Appointed as General Counsel and Company Secretary in August 2021.

Will was a senior legal counsel and manager at ASX Limited (ASX: ASX), focusing on technology. Before this, he held a variety of senior positions at leading national and international law firms. Will specialises in all aspects of commercial law, with particular experience in intellectual property, contracts and cutting-edge technology transactions.

Will holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Law from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Marc Fenton

Chief Operating Officer

B.SC. Computer Applications, Graduate Diploma in Business

Appointed as Group Chief Information Officer and Group Chief Risk Officer on 12 January 2022. Marc was promoted to Chief Operating Office on 1 July 2022.

Marc was the Head of Technology with Australian Agricultural Company (ASX: AAC) and held various General Manager technology roles with Rio Tinto (ASX: RIO) across technology strategy, organization design, technology governance, outsourcing and cost reduction. Prior to that Marc worked in Deloitte across a broad range of industries and projects, both locally and internationally.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from Dublin City University, Ireland and a Graduate Diploma in Business from the AGSM, Sydney.
