PPK Group Limited (“PPK”), formerly Plaspak Group Limited, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (as it then was) on 21 December 1994.

Since listing, PPK has been extensively involved in a diverse range of manufacturing, importation and distribution operations which to date have included:

• manufacture, marketing and distribution of rigid plastics packaging products;

• importation and wholesale of trigger sprays products;

• importation and distribution of plastic lighting and industrial products;

• importation and distribution of tarpaulins and wire products;

• manufacture of portable and project built generators;

• manufacture and distribution of extruded plastic products; and

• design, manufacture and distribution of portable underground mining equipment.
